How does it feel to allow yourself to dance freely?
This is a really beautiful way to connect with your Inner Child, to gift yourself a moment of play, to call in some joy.
Music is a healing mood booster and dancing is such a wonderful way to let energy flow. Also, singing stimulates the vagus nerve (the nerve that connects your brain, gut, lungs, and heart), and increasing the tone of the vagus nerve can help our bodies to recover quicker from experiencing stress.
