The Great Conjunction

The Great Conjunction...

The term astronomers use for the rare alignment between Jupiter and Saturn, the coming together of their vibrational energies. Today after sunset, if the sky is clear we'll see a bright beam of light, a "star" made by the joining of these two celestial bodies. I'll let you look to the experts to learn about what this all *means*, but it is some powerful stuff!!

Lately, I've been doing some shadow work. Taking a long, hard look at the parts of me that I keep hidden. The buried shame, the flaws, the old stories that loop. The emotions and traits that I project.

I believe that my own personal great conjunction is also occurring through the integration of these shadow parts.

This means allowing myself to be both softness and strength, darkness and light. I know that I will shine even brighter when I allow these elements to come together to form a new way for me to exist in the world; one that operates from a place of owning my duality.
