Self-love

It's so freeing to me to witness and be in the company of people who are cultivating a deep love of self.

When I am surrounded by examples of self-love it reminds me that I'm allowed to love myself this deep. That I am also inherently worthy of this kind of love. It doesn't always come easy, and it's definitely a nonlinear, lifelong practice, but I am grateful for the people in my life who have mirrored this kind of love for me.

In the spirit of that, today's 💕 prompt 💕 is to make a list of things you love about yourself. It may feel uncomfortable and vulnerable at first, but that's ok!

I'll start:

🤍 I love my sense of humour
🤍 I love how much care and love I pour into my relationships
🤍 I love my curly hair
🤍 I love my ability to make people feel welcome
🤍 I love my brown skin

Here to remind you that there are so many things to love about you, and you are so worthy of love, especially from you.
