Sharing Promises

This work week is going to be pretty busy and has potential to be stressful for me. I spent some time tonight setting myself up with some self-care promises to help me through a big week, and wanted to share in case it's helpful for you:

🪐 Everyday I will give myself at least half an hour in the morning to journal, do Wordle (even though I'm still salty from 'fewer' the other day), and read.

🪐 I'll take a post-work walk everyday to separate the work day from my evening, and get some movement/fresh air.

🪐 I'll listen to some music that lifts me up while I prepare a healthy meal for dinner.

🪐 I'll make sure I've filled my 2L pitcher with water at the start of everyday so that I'm staying hydrated.

The light at the end of a week like this is going to be fun weekend plans, a Saturday set aside for decompressing, and the knowledge that I did my best to support myself.
