An Invitation Vol. 1

An invitation:

Pause for a moment and think of somebody.

  • A family member

  • Your partner

  • A dear friend

  • A colleague

  • The person in the grocery store that you made eye contact with

Place a hand over your heart and close your eyes. Take a deep inhale and a long exhale.
Send kind and loving thoughts to that person.

Now repeat.
Place a hand over your heart and close your eyes. Take a deep inhale and a long exhale.
Send kind and loving thoughts to yourself.

Here are some examples:

I wish them a day filled with ease and comfort💕
I am grateful for their smile💕
I am loved✨
I have so much to offer✨
